What do we build or connect?
Updated 10.07.2026We build a tailored management system around your operating process, or connect automation and AI to the CRM/ERP you already use — including Priority, Monday, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or an existing Zoho account. The system defines lead capture, ownership, required fields, tasks and follow-up. New projects start at ₪3,500 before VAT and a typical full project is ₪8,000–₪15,000; there is no monthly Automaziot fee by default and third-party costs remain separate.

Questions before defining scope
Our CRM already includes AI. Why do we need implementation?
Your existing system may be enough. Test whether leads enter correctly, ownership is clear, conversations are logged and follow-up happens. If so, targeted repair may be better than migration.
Must we migrate everything?
No. Define what is operationally necessary, what policy requires you to retain and what can be archived. Test a sample import before full migration.
Who will be able to see the data?
Access should be role-based. Managers, representatives, sensitive fields, change logs and deletion policy are defined during discovery.
