Business automation that connects the systems you already use
Connect CRM, WhatsApp, email, documents and invoicing in a controlled workflow with validation, alerts and human handoff for exceptions.

An invoice reaches a defined inbox and is stored in the approved location.
The workflow extracts only approved fields and validates supplier, amount and currency against fixed rules.
Missing or exceptional data goes to human approval; valid data is written to the system and logged.
What is business automation?
Updated 10.07.2026Business automation connects repetitive work across your CRM, WhatsApp, email, documents, calendar and accounting system. The workflow defines what enters, what must be validated, where each record goes and when a person must approve it. We design around your current process, subject to available APIs, exports, permissions and test data.
Example: from an invoice email to a controlled system entry
This is an illustration, not a promised configuration. Feasibility depends on APIs, exports, permissions and representative test data. Closed systems may require an alternative or a retained manual step.

When automation is a fit — and when it is not ready
This is an illustration, not a promised configuration. Feasibility depends on APIs, exports, permissions and representative test data. Closed systems may require an alternative or a retained manual step.
Good fit
A repeated process with a clear start, end, owner and source of truth.
Needs preparation
There is no stable process, sample data, access or agreed decision for each exception.
AI is optional
We prefer deterministic rules when they are sufficient. AI is used only for bounded text or document understanding with validation.
Starting prices and reference data
Historical reference, not a quote: across 120 contributing proposals and 172 automation line items, the median line item was ₪2,900 and the interquartile range was ₪1,500–₪3,500. A line item is not a full-project price; current scope is quoted after discovery.
Starting prices are current Automaziot commercial parameters, ex-VAT. The historical benchmark line item is not a quote or a full-project range.
Questions before connecting systems
Can you connect the systems we already use?
We first verify APIs, exports, permissions and a test environment. If a system is closed, we propose an alternative or retain a manual checkpoint instead of promising an impossible connection.
Why not build it ourselves in n8n?
A simple flow can be built in-house. Specialist work matters when mapping exceptions, permissions, duplicate prevention, monitoring, documentation and end-to-end data validation.
How is success measured?
Set a baseline before launch, then compare handling time, exception rate, duplicates, manual corrections and incomplete runs. Targets come from your process, without a generic outcome guarantee.
What does it cost?
System integration currently starts at ₪1,500 and business-process automation starts at ₪3,500, ex-VAT. These are current Automaziot starting offer parameters; the final quote depends on scope, access and exception handling.
Start with a repeatable process that can be defined and tested, connect only accessible systems, and keep decisions and exceptions with a person.
Which process should you connect first?
Share the process, systems and known exceptions. We will check access and feasibility before defining scope.
