For small and mid-sized businesses

WhatsApp AI agent — build-your-own price list

Most businesses start with one WhatsApp agent and add connections, reminders and a management system to it. The price list is built the same way: a starting point, and components that join as needed. One-time setup, no monthly fee, everything owned by you — the number, the server, the data and the code.

  • One-time setup · prices ex-VAT
  • 40% on signing · 40% after 30 days · 20% on delivery
  • 3 months of bug fixing included after delivery
  • Third-party costs (server, messages, AI) ILS 100–500 a month, paid directly

Starting points

Four configurations that repeat across most clients. Each is a starting point — add components from the list below.

WhatsApp AI agent

A business that wants an immediate answer to leads and customers 24/7, without missing an inquiry

from ILS 10,200

  • One AI agent role: sales, service or booking
  • A verified WhatsApp Business API number, owned by you
  • Server and automation platform, owned by you
  • Agent control room with human takeover of any chat
  • Smart handoff to a rep when a human is needed
  • Training, and 3 months of bug fixing

AI agent + management system

A business managing leads and customers in Excel or by memory that wants everything recorded and closed in one place

from ILS 18,200

  • Everything in the agent package
  • A CRM / database you own — every inquiry, status and history
  • Connection to an existing system or calendar (Google / Outlook / Monday / CRM)
  • The agent updates the system from the conversation — no typing
  • A basic tracking dashboard on desktop and mobile

Multi-agent system

A business with several departments or two audiences — sales + service, B2B + B2C, customers + employees

from ILS 25,350

  • Two AI agents working together on the same number (e.g. sales + service)
  • A shared business knowledge base — price list, policies, FAQs
  • A CRM / database you own
  • Control room, human takeover and team alerts
  • Full infrastructure, owned by you

Custom operations system

A business that needs a complete system of its own — orders, staff, field service, production — instead of Monday/Excel

from ILS 35,000

  • A custom system core plus modules built around your workflows
  • A real-time management dashboard on desktop and mobile
  • Connections to ERP / accounting / existing systems
  • AI agents for staff and customers on top of the system
  • Characterization, data migration, on-site onboarding and training
  • An exact proposal after characterization — built in phases

What determines the price

How many actions the agent performs

Availability check, status update, sending a catalog, alerting a manager — every action is a component

Which systems it connects to

Calendar, CRM, accounting, ERP — a simple link versus two-way sync

How much knowledge it needs

A price list and FAQs versus a full business knowledge base

How many channels and languages

WhatsApp only, or also website, Instagram, phone; Hebrew only or several languages

Build the system from these components. Tick what applies to you — the estimate updates instantly.

Foundation

What every system sits on. Everything is registered in your name and stays yours.

AI agents

The heart of the system. Every agent includes smart handoff to a rep, conversation memory, and a record of every inquiry.

Agent add-ons

What turns an agent that answers into an agent that works: connections, actions, knowledge and reminders.

Custom systems

When you need more than an agent: a system the business runs on, fully owned by you.

Onboarding, support and ongoing operation

There is no monthly Automaziot fee. If you want us to keep running the system, choose a support module and cancel with 30 days' notice.

* Prices may change when characterization shows an unusually complex scope

How it works

  • One-time setup. No monthly Automaziot fee unless you choose ongoing support.
  • Payment: 40% on signing, 40% after 30 days, 20% on delivery. Large projects are built in phases.
  • 3 months of bug fixing are included after delivery. After that: hourly, or a monthly support module.
  • Everything is yours: the number, the server, the database and the code. Leave any time and the system stays.
  • Prices are ex-VAT. Minimum project ILS 3,500.
  • An exact proposal after a 30-minute scoping call — free of charge.
For organizations

Agent system for an organization — priced after characterization

An enterprise project crosses ERP, CRM, documents, permissions and several teams, so it is priced by scope rather than by component: the figures here are the range in which systems in full production close, and the exact price is set in a fixed-fee characterization phase.

First agent system in full production

ILS 120,000–400,000

by systems, exceptions and regulation · ex-VAT

Enterprise multi-agent program

from ILS 500,000 / year

annual, multi-department

Ongoing operation

15%–25%

of the build cost, per year · third-party costs at cost

How a project is built here

The same frame applies to every engagement, from a focused project to an enterprise program: a fixed-fee characterization phase first, then a build paid in milestones released against written acceptance criteria.

Fixed-fee characterization

Every engagement starts with a fixed-fee characterization phase: mapping the process, the systems, data access and exceptions, and defining measurable success thresholds — accuracy, response time, cost per action — before a first result is seen.

Build in 30/30/30/10 milestones

The build is priced in fixed milestones on a 30/30/30/10 split: each payment is released only when the acceptance criteria defined in advance are met, under a written project cap.

Production and expansion

A system moves to production only after security, testing and operations sign-off — and is expanded only after 90 days of stable operation.

Ongoing operation

Ongoing operation is priced at 15%–25% of the build cost per year; third-party costs (models, telephony, messaging) are passed through separately at cost.

This frame describes an enterprise project. For a small or mid-sized business, the component price list in the business track above is the starting point — and most projects there close after a single 30-minute scoping call.

What determines the price

These are the parameters that actually move scope — and therefore price. They are examined during characterization, before a proposal is written.

  • The number of systems and teams the process crosses
  • The quality of API and data access
  • Permissions, security and regulatory requirements
  • The volume of exceptions and non-standard cases
  • The level of autonomy the agent is granted
  • The scope of testing, monitoring and human approvals in the flow

The work covered by the same frame

The same pricing frame covers every area of work — from a single agent to a multi-agent system connecting ERP, CRM, documents and telephony. Scope determines the price, not the type of service.

Pricing questions

How much does a WhatsApp AI agent cost for a small business?

A WhatsApp AI agent with full infrastructure — the business number, the server and an agent control room — starts at ILS 10,200 to set up. An agent with a management system (CRM) from ILS 18,200, and a multi-agent system from ILS 25,350. One-time setup, ex-VAT, no monthly fee. The exact price is assembled from the component price list on this page.

What is the difference between the business price list and the enterprise figures?

The business price list describes a system that starts from one agent connected to one or two systems — which is why it can be priced by component. An enterprise project crosses ERP, CRM, documents, permissions and several teams, so it is priced after characterization: a first agent system in full production runs ILS 120,000–400,000, and a multi-agent program starts from ILS 500,000 a year.

How is the final price determined?

For a small or mid-sized business: the sum of the components you chose, confirmed in a 30-minute scoping call — by the number of actions the agent performs, the systems it connects to and the knowledge it needs. For an organization: after a fixed-fee characterization phase, in a written proposal with 30/30/30/10 milestones, acceptance criteria and a project cap.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. Setup is one-time and the system is yours. Third-party costs — server, WhatsApp messages and AI tokens — run about ILS 100–500 a month, paid directly to the providers. If you want us to keep running the system, choose monthly support: ILS 300 for guidance, ILS 450 for operational coverage of every system we built, ILS 850 for proactive improvement — month to month, 30 days' notice.

What increases the cost of an enterprise project?

The number of systems and teams, API or data access quality, permissions, security and deployment requirements, exception volume, testing scope, and monitoring and human-approval requirements.

What happens if characterization shows the build is not worth it?

That is a legitimate outcome of the phase, and you receive it in writing: a reasoned recommendation not to build, or to build differently. Stopping a project while it is still cheap beats discovering it after deployment.

Do these prices include VAT?

No. Every figure on this page is ex-VAT. Third-party costs — models, telephony, messaging — are passed through separately at cost.
