Checking resident and vehicle documents, consolidating results and returning applications for correction required manual work across files, spreadsheets and separate messages.
The solution
We built application ingestion, an AI document-validation agent, an operations dashboard that replaces the spreadsheet, and a WhatsApp flow that tells residents which documents or details need correction while updating the responsible team.
