The challenge
Inquiries arrived through several channels and had to be matched to product, area and branch. Proactive outreach to existing customers and new opportunities also required scheduling, deduplication and response tracking.
The solution
We built a multilingual AI agent for lead intake, information capture and branch routing, with an editable catalog and knowledge dashboard. On the same infrastructure we added controlled WhatsApp and email outreach for two audiences, including list upload, deduplication, contact sequences, reply handling and team alerts.
