We took two manual, grinding processes that ran around Priority — procurement from suppliers in China and collection from customers — and turned them into automated AI engines that translate, correspond, remind and collect on their own.
The Challenge
At the client, two daily tasks ate up time and bred errors. In procurement, every order with the suppliers in China required manual work: copying data and files from email, translating in a chat, sending it back, and then taking the spreadsheet that came back — in an inconsistent format — and re-entering it manually into the fields in Priority. In collection, the process was entirely manual: chasing business customers with reminders, answering "I didn't get an invoice" and "how do I pay", and documenting everything for accounting. Both processes were employee-dependent, slow, and prone to translation and typing errors.
The Solution
We built an operational AI layer on top of the existing Priority system without replacing it. The procurement engine extracts data and files, translates Hebrew and Chinese, manages supplier correspondence and writes the response back to Priority. The collections engine sends reminders, answers payment questions and hands exceptions to accounting with a summary. A further expansion added a price-estimation engine that reads requirements and procurement history from Priority, normalizes the data, applies import and customer-segment pricing rules and presents an explained estimate in a conversational review interface.
