The challenge
Property information and travel requests arrived as free-form messages. Matching supply and demand, obtaining approval and tracking referrals required manual handling.
The solution
We built three connected flows: owner registration, traveler intake and lead matching, and AI extraction from free-form messages. A central database stores properties, requests, referrals and rewards, while WhatsApp workflows manage approval, contact reveal and follow-up.
