Digital Media and Content — Managing Telegram Content Channels and Communities
Digital Media and Content / Managing Telegram Content Channels and Communities
Instead of manually chasing dozens of Telegram groups and copying every message into a channel — a bot collects and publishes the content on its own, in real time.
The Challenge
A Telegram content-channel manager needs to feed his private channel continuously, drawing from content published in various source groups. In practice that means sitting in front of Telegram, watching every group, and copy-pasting each new message — text, image, video or link. It's repetitive, slow, person-dependent work: the moment the manager isn't at the screen, content is delayed or dropped, and the channel loses the advantage of real-time publishing.
The Solution
We built an aggregator bot that connects via a Telegram user account (MTProto) — an account that is already a member of the source groups — monitors them for new messages, and copies every message (text, images, videos and links) and publishes it directly to the private channel, in real time. The system runs on a dedicated cloud server with a management dashboard, so it operates continuously with no need for anyone to sit in front of Telegram.
