Feedback requests were inconsistent, responses stayed inside conversations and there was no shared view of satisfaction or structured way to handle criticism.
Solution
The solution
We built an event trigger, business-hour scheduling, an approved WhatsApp template, a rating and free-text survey, and an admin workspace with response summaries and configurable routing.
